Emil Adamič (December 25, 1877 – December 6, 1936) was a Slovenian composer.
Adamič was born in Dobrova (at Ulica Vladimirja Dolničarja no. 6) and studied at conservatories in Trieste and Ljubljana. He composed pieces for orchestra (Tatarische Suite, Aquarelle aus Ljubljana) and choir (Die Teufelsbraut, Kaiser Samuels Tod). He also wrote art songs, such as Bauernwinterlied, which used elements of Slovenian folk music. His influences included Romanticism, Impressionism, and Expressionism. He died in Ljubljana.
